It was only one Technical and one HR discussion. I’m 6.5 years experienced May be that’s the reason for only one technical. Every thing went for only one week. But capgemini HR team is the worst of lot.
I have given my documents and filled all required forms for offer letter. Even after 45 days they are still they are processing the offer. No replies to your mail, msgs purely unprofessional members in hr delivery spooling company reputation.
I was planned to go capgemini since I believed it was a good choice , but in those 40 days of waiting time I lost hope on them ,got better offer and moved on. They are conducting interview drives not released the offer , I don’t know if they are interviewing simply to show that they are in the market too.
