I discussed my expected salary before attending any interviews. I attended and cleared 2 technical and 1 managerial round of interview with Capgemini. In managerial round also, I discussed my expected CTC. Post the document upload, my profile went for approval. And now after 3 weeks as there is no response from the team, I am told to consider it as rejected. And on top of that, I didn't get the reason of getting rejected in-spite of putting so much time and efforts. For me as a candidate I feel it was nothing but a waste of time.
