3 steps of process - 1 HR interview, then a manager screening interview on call, followed by account unit head interview face to face. The account unit head face to face interview was merged with a walk in drive which is why the process took awhile.

Aplicação no LinkedIn. Entraram em contato por WhatsApp. Marcaram uma entrevista inicial com RH, 30 minutos. Em seguida, após uns 5 dias, marcaram uma conversa com gestor, 60 minutos, por teams. Dão feedback por WhatsApp. Após a conversa, pode ter uma outra com o cliente, no meu caso não precisou.
I obtained this opportunity through my university’s on-campus recruitment process. The selection process included two rounds of interviews. Following the successful completion of all assessment stages, I received an offer from the company.
