Spoke with a fellow named Brajendra Tewary for technical round, and it was one of the worst discussion I ever had. This interviewer was not technically sound himself, and was only harping about his 25 years of experience. For one of his questions, I gave an answer as per official "SAP documentation" and he ridiculed the architecture answer, so he knows better than SAP, who have developed the product? He was condescending in his interview approach, where he was more focussed on asserting how "he knew more" or "how he was better" with all incorrect concepts he had. Capgemini should be careful, who they chose to take interviews. Didn't had a great experience with recruiter as well, as she basically ghosted after the interview, with no feedback neither any next steps update. Worst experience.

I was interviewed on SAP Native HANA topics in the L1 round, where most of the questions were related to data modeling and HANA concepts. The L2 round was a client interview focused on end-to-end project processes, real-time scenarios, and error-handling techniques. The discussion also included troubleshooting approaches and practical implementation experience.
