I was called at 10:30 a.m. in the Capgemini premises and the interview started at 1:00 p.m. It was a short no-nonsense interview. The interviewer asked me about Computer Networking basics, Database basics and some HR questions. Then I was told to wait for the 2nd round, which started nearly at 5:00 p.m. It was much shorter than the previous one and was basically about what I would be working on, if I am okay with flexible work hours, my health etc.
