3x30min interviews. 2 behavioral interviews and 1 case study. These were all done by separate people. Each person was a manager of a different branch of Capgemini. They were given a guideline to follow by Capgemini, but each person put their own twist and had very different interviewing styles. Remember that an interview is a time to show that you are capable of thinking like an analyst, but also show strong soft skills. These soft skills will show them that you are a quick learner as you will be learning in the first few weeks of being hired. Study up on approaching case studies, but they don't expect you to have an "answer", but that you have a clear outline on how to approach a problem.

Initial phone screen with recruiter asking about background and technical experience, an online coding assessment. Pretty straightforward for a position that involves coding. The process was pretty quick as well.
