Situation Strengths test takes you through multiple videos explaining how you are 3 months into your placement and then gives you various scenarios and asks you to rank the most likely way you would respond. Some analysis questions where you're given various statistics etc and are asked to select a statement from a selection.

The interview process consisted of an initial HR screening followed by a technical interview. The discussion focused on my articleship experience, accounting concepts, financial reporting, reconciliation, month-end close activities, Excel skills, and behavioural questions. The interviewer was professional and the overall process was smooth.

2 interviews, 1 behavioral, which was very casual just describing yourself, and the other technical, they give you a scenario and they ask you what would you do, for example how would you come up with a solution for a keeping track of cars in a parking lot
