it was ok. they give preference to consulting background. Interviewer was not knowing anything technically. Managers are generally interetested in people management skils. Technical round will be much comprehensive and exhaustive.Interview was well coordinated. Its a crowded company now. Lots of people and they need many more

Entretien
Interview process was smooth and feedback was shared on timely manner. Inverview was to the point and based on skill and role. I must accept that the Capgemini is one of the best company to work for.
