This was a remote position for candidates in Brazil. Capgemini was only acting as an intermediary for hiring, since they have a legal entity in Brazil, but the role itself was to work for FBS - described as one of the United States’ largest insurances - with no real connection to Capgemini in practice — no team belonging, no clear career path, and no long-term growth perspective. That was a red flag for me, as it suggested a potentially demanding work setup with little sense of stability or future development, so I decided not to move forward in the process.
