J'ai postulé en ligne. J'ai passé un entretien chez Boots (Derby, Angleterre) en mars 2026
Entretien
The interview process was fairly straightforward, however I was not informed beforehand that it would be a group interview. I had prepared for a 1-to-1 interview, so finding out on the day that there would be two other candidates made me feel more nervous. It would have been helpful to know this in advance.
The interview began with questions about availability, previous experience and why I wanted to work for Boots. We were then each asked a couple of additional questions from an interview booklet, although some were worded quite strangely and were difficult to interpret.
After the group interview questions, candidates were taken onto the shop floor individually for a 1-to-1 task. I was asked to tidy a section before discussing what was good about it and what improvements could be made. This was followed by customer service scenario questions and a short sales pitch on a product of my choice.
I heard back around a week later and was unsuccessful. Overall, the process was well organised, but I would have appreciated being told in advance that it was a group interview.

Not bad, as long as you’re confident, they were very welcoming. It was a bit lengthy but I enjoyed it and come out feeling postive, it’s overall just to see if you’d be a good fit
Quick and easy. Standard retail interview. Was asked to talk about one of their products, to talk about myself. Was asked about my availability too. Good luck if you’re applying!

Lots of scenario based questions that are based around teamwork and communication, quite chill asked "why boots" at the beginning. Also a lot of the standard things such as right to work and availability.
