Screening call with the recruiter, then 3 rounds of interview (first with the hiring manager, then with an Agile Coach and a Product Manager, the last one with a Senior Engineering Manager). I needed to prepare a case study for one of the interviews.

Entretien
The whole process took about 2 months. It started with a screening chat with a recruiter followed by 3 interviews with: 1. hiring manager - focus on cultural fit, business accumen 2. agile coach and product manager - focus on agile knowledge and experience 3. engineering manager - focus on continuous improvement and delivery flow. All interviews were done via Zoom. Interview #2 required a preparation of case study. Detailed feedback was shared by the recruiter following each interview.

How do you get started as an Agile Coach at a new company? How do you manage conflict? How can you help a team deliver faster? Experience outside of Scrum etc For each topic discussed I was asked to talk about specific issues examples.

Entretien
Very quick and professional, but in the end I didn't get the job and the response was actually a generic mail that was sent out, without details for rejection itself.
