The worst recruitment process and communication I have ever encountered. The process was so chaotic I wonder how they are still in business for a Tech company. Booking.com are not who their website claim to be or purport to be. I was shocked by how haphazard and uncoordinated their recruitment process is. Recruiter reached out, had initial screening interview with in a week. Was informed next step would be in a week. Took over a month to hear get next interview Scheduled, only after I sent 4 enquirer emails. First Interview was with “craft person”. Next was supposed to be Domain F2F an No interviewer bothered to pitch and I had to email and was told interview was supposed to postponed. Was left with last Fit that I only got to know was canceled after checking via email, only to get a one liner from recruiter that they had paused scheduled interview but I wasn’t informed. The good thing is they weee not only interviewing me but I was also looking for a fit but it turns out their recruitment process is atrocious and I’m sure I would have not enjoyed such a unstructured valueless culture.
