The assessment day consisted of two role plays and one individual interview. The first role play was a simulated phone call from a client, whose request had to be declined. The second role play was carried out in groups of 8-10 people, each one with a different role and identity. The characters had to reach a win-to-win agreement on a budget distribution. Only a part of the candidates was selected for the individual interview, which included standard questions.

medium DSA question were asked, and also past experience, hackathon if participated, certification add up, basic interview questions, just like normal other interview , it was one of the easy interview but its luck if u get in
Good interviewers with good thought out questions and great ooportunities offfered, but highly compeititve and requiring some time investment to prepare, so advice that is a togo is to prepare upfront and practice

Entretien
Received a response back after 5 working days and got invited for a phone interview with a recruiter. After the phone interview, I got invited for a on-site interview with the hiring manager and team, after getting through the final round, I had a last phone interview with a team member. The duration of this process was fairly quickly, everything took place within 5 working days.
