Average but fine. They asked various questions about my experience then we reviewed some tasks. Mostly what they write is automated, with a small amount of editing required. Hotel Descriptions etc. This was 5 years ago.

Entretien
The process consisted of two parts, being a chat with the recruiter and a test you will discuss with the teamleader. Neither of the two is particularly difficult for someone with experience in the field. That being said, you will quickly find out the company's sole priority is data not users. If you think you are applying for a travel-related company, you are sadly mistaken.

Entretien
A very friendly and helpful recruiter who made me feel relaxed and positive. The entire process was swift process, with fast communication and turn around time. In the initial interview, all key information and a hiring process timeline was shared up front, which was helpful.
