      I found the job ad on LinkedIn, send them an email and 2 days later I got the email responded for a phone interview on my convenient. After the phone interview, the next day I got the email invitation for Group Assessment in their office. there are 5 other candidates 6 with me, 4 of us are competing for one job position based on the language background needed. start with how to operate standard laptop that have been prepared for all of us and looking for the program or folder, they have the standard English test folder inside the laptop and they give us a certain amount of time to finish and move on to the writing/reading test based on language background that we applied for.

      Disrespectful interview process. After passing the language test online, I was invited to an interview. When the time for the interview came, the first thing that the recruiter told me was that the position had already been filled and they wouldn't be conducting an interview, but they would take my details down for future opportunities. I had spent a great deal of time preparing for the interview and it wouldn't have been difficult for them to send an email or voicemail to let me know in advance that the position had already been filled. I found it extremely disrespectful. There is no need to be so blasé about how you treat people. I don't think they stopped for one minute to think about the time investment I had made for that interview. If that is how they treat interviewees then I would be very wary of how they treat their employees.

      the interview process starts with a phone interview that lasts about 30 mins, informal to get to know you but make sure to make an impression, do your research on the company. then an in person panel interview + tour of the facility. they will also give you an assignment which you have to pass, and depending on what language you speak, an assignment to make sure you're fluent as well. whole process took a pretty long time, about a month.

      The interview process started with a short phone call about 30 min in order to get to know about my interest in the position and I got an invitation for the onsite interview. The onsite interview consisted in an English assessment and an individual interview with a Manager and/or Team leader.
