Entretien
There were several stages: recruiter telephone call, a written test, first interview and second interview. Each interaction was very amicable and relaxed – I never felt stressed or antagonised. Questions were fair, relevant and varied.

Job postings were vague and although the posting listed the role as a senior level, the recruiter changed and said that was not possible
Possibility of merit increases over time were extremely vague. Recruiters were hard to chase but team interviews were a bit more relevant.
