J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 8 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Booking.com (Amsterdam) en sept. 2017

Received a LinkedIn message from the recruiter, which I thought at first was just spam because I was based literally on the other side of the world. I messaged back anyway and the recruiter was super nice.
We had a phone chat a couple of days later which went well and led to a Skype interview with two other coaches a week or so later. They were super awesome too and they really grilled me on my experiences, plus i had to role play a coaching session with one of them. It was a bit difficult due to a poor video connection but got there in the end.
Then i was invited to Amsterdam for a final interview (all expenses paid) about a month later. I spent about 3 or 4 hours at booking HQ facilitating a session with a real team and more interviews plus lunch with the team. It was both the hardest and best interview experience I've had in over a decade of working in IT.
I was gutted when they didnt offer me the job but they did give me really detailed feedback which was valuable. I hope to try again one day once I have some more experience.

3 rounds. 1st one was bogus, 2nd one too and 3rd one didn't make any sense, I would not recommend this process to anyone at all. Please don't apply for this job and make the same mistake that I made

Question 1
How would you deal with a conflict between product and engineering?

Initial 30 minutes screening call, then a 30 minute first interview. After this they sent through a case study to prepare a presentation around, presenting this in the first half of a second interview. The last part of the second interview was with different people and back to questions (3rd interview?), then nothing. No feedback, outcome or anything. After asking people to commit a lot of time in and out of interview, the least a good employer should do is provide constructive feedback from the process.

I had a phone interview with potential new team members then meeting with HR in person and did a case session with team (part of top 3 candidates). The case was to do a retrospective for the team.
