Fairly relaxed.Done in team.
No feedback provided after the interview nor timeline specified for hiring process.
I was asked to specify salary expectations without feedback provided on my answer (too low/too high).
Not sure that they actually hired anyone for the position, but I was not offered that job. No official decline either.

First a telephone chat with HR, then I hot called to the office for an assessment with other candidates.
The assessment is composed of three parts , a one to one simulation, a team simulation and a one to one profile interview.

After an initial presentation from a group of current employees, there is a one to one sales speech simulation. After that the whole group of candidates take part to a potential team discussion. Finally there is another one to one to discuss the personal profile.

2 phones interviews and one business case. After the first interview, I had to go to the offices and explain the business case about leadership style and communication. After 3 weeks I got the news about the job.

I was contacted by a head hunter with the job. We had 2 phone interviews initially, one with the head hunter the other with italy office HR. Then another phone interview with the regional director. I got a positive feedback on that and have been invited to a f2f. They were very punctual and called exactly at the time they said so. It was a very relaxed interview, more conversational.
