Recruiter call followed by phone interview with two data scientists. In my case my background was more towards software engineering, so the feedback was that my qualifications do not match the job position. There was supposed to be an on-site afterwards, which would have contained 2 data scientist interviews and and 1 with a hiring manager. All in all I had a positive experience, the interviewers were very nice, the only negative thing was that the recruiter was not very responsive with emails.

Interview process was solid and relevant. There were three rounds: one technical, one business case directly tied to the role, and one focused on company alignment. Most rounds included case studies, which tested problem solving approach along with technical knowledge. The conversations were clear and to the point. Main focus was on how you approach problems and whether that fits with the company values. Reading about the values and culture beforehand is important
