Four rounds of interviews for me, case study, behavioral, final round and then another phone interview. Some amount of disorganization that led to the fourth round. It was a fantastic experience overall to meet the people in the final round- they were all amazing and I would have loved to work with the other GMTs but didn't get an offer. It's a very unique interview process.

Online assessments then an assessment centre in Belgium, if successful followed up with a final panel interview in Belgium, difficult but an interesting experience. Be prepared to try and stand out in a a large group.

First round: game-based assesments
Second round: virtual case preparation (1 hour preparation time to make a comprehensive 3 minute pitch)
Third round: Group Assessment day (2 interviews + business case game while constantly being monitored)
Final round: panel interview together with other candidates, you hear each other's answers and are being monitored on when and what you answer. Tough questions from a panel of 4 senior managers.
