This company is too long winded during their hiring process. It should not take 3-6 months to hire a low level employee. The initial interview had zero relevance to the position being sought. Every company I've worked for had someone who was familiar with the requirements of the position being applied for, until now.

Entretien
The hiring process has change throughout my tenure. Typically there is a pre-interview test of basic math & science, comprehension, and psychological evaluation. Next is the introductory interview with standardized HR scenario based questions. Beyond that depends on the role applicants are being interviewed for. For maintenance, there is a technical interview, then a practical skills test, then a final interview and pre-employment drug screening, then job offer.
