Straight Forward and Professional. I had some difficulties arrange the behavioral interview through the phone but they were willing to find the most suitable time for both.
I passed through the Application, Logical and Cultural Fit, the Business Case Study and have just finished the Behavioral Interview. They will announce the result next week. I'm excited and looking forward to the next phases.

Online assessments then an assessment centre in Belgium, if successful followed up with a final panel interview in Belgium, difficult but an interesting experience. Be prepared to try and stand out in a a large group.

Entretien
First round: game-based assesments
Second round: virtual case preparation (1 hour preparation time to make a comprehensive 3 minute pitch)
Third round: Group Assessment day (2 interviews + business case game while constantly being monitored)
Final round: panel interview together with other candidates, you hear each other's answers and are being monitored on when and what you answer. Tough questions from a panel of 4 senior managers.
