Phone interview was tedious and recruiter seemed to lack interview experience. Constantly had me repeat myself so she could write things down and then told me I was too long-winded. Face to face interview was much better but almost declined the position due to the phone interview.

There was a long interview process, jumping between four to five different people. and then a long background check process. Overall, the process ran pretty smoothly but was very long

Interviewers focus on whether my personality matches with the company values, and whether my ability can master the job. The interview is relatively casual though, instead of asking questions in one way, they constantly provide feedbacks, including credits and guidiance.

Friendly and casual; hiring leader was friendly and interview questions were pretty casual. There was a small case study to gauge your problem solving skills and impromptu mock call session.
