J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris plus d'une semaine. J'ai passé un entretien chez American Express (New York, NY) en sept. 2011
Entretien
the meeting session was based on experience as well as goal achievement and where I could have done better (in hind sight) What are my expectations, am I available to travel and how much time - they look for 50%+ It was friendly, open formate with at time one person and at other times up to 4 people. They covered their (job) expectations and a brief overview on where AMEX is heading - all very positive.
J'ai postulé via un recruteur. J'ai passé un entretien chez American Express en mars 2026
Entretien
The overall interview process felt like a complete waste of time. There was no clear communication from HR, and the process was vague, delayed, and impacted by multiple internal updates. It felt like they were keeping candidates in the pipeline rather than actively hiring.
The process included multiple stages: an HR screening, a panel interview, and a director interview. Most of the questions were focused on my past experience and competencies, but some questions were repetitive across rounds.
The entire process took months to complete, and HR was not very responsive during this period. Overall, the interview process could be much more structured, transparent, and faster.
