J'ai postulé via un recruteur. J'ai passé un entretien chez American Express
Entretien
I had a phone interview with an engineer and he asked me about my resume, background, and interests. I also spoke to a recruiter who followed up with me after my phone interview. They liked me and would like me to contact them again for an in-house interview. The interviewer also helped me through some questions that I was struggling on, just ask to clarify things.

It started with a third party company, that could never coordinate well. They were very poor at communicating, and just a messy experience. I am relieved that I didn't work there, if it is anything like the process.

Contacted through Hired.com and recieved 2 behavioral interviews followed by a rejection. But then a few weeks later, recieved a technical final round invite. Pay was around $85k so not as good based on the area.

Question 1
- Resume questions and prior experience
- Overview of the program (you're supposed to ask a lot of questions here)
- What position are you looking for and why?
- Rate Java skills from 1-10 (Just say a 8-9 even though it's a new grad position. They don't want to hear anything below an 8)

Good overall interview process, with interactive questions and group activities. Variety of different interviews with different members of staff and an insight into what the day to day work life would be like.
