There are only 2 rounds . first round was taken by HR and TL , it was just to check your communication skills and about your background as for cracking amex interview your communications skills and personality which matters a lot .and then in manager round he just focus on stability issues and salary issues.

Interview was all online, and took about 30 minutes to do. There was not even a person, it was just online prompts asking me questions. I'm sure they had a ton of applicants, being the New York Location. I

It was mostly behavioral for first round 30 minute interview. Second interview was 30 min behavioral and then another 30 min technical. They asked basically just about the company and how they make money. things of that sort.

Mainly behavioral. Know about the company and how they make money. Research the position and know what is involved in the day to day. Speak to as many people involved with the role as possible.
