Application - three tests (verbal, numerical, SHL personality). Verbal test is a bit different from standard SHL or Kenexa questions. Telephone interview lasted about half an hour. Questions were related to my motivation: why Amex, why this position. No technical questions. Assessment Centre was a great and easy experience overall.

it was smooth but lengthy. They evaluate you on every parameter and choose nothing but the best. Overall it will be a learning experience. Prepare the weaknesses and strengths and make sure to answer honestly. They look at the values on which the company was based.

interview was good just a few things were asked about my experience , my working, hobbies, future interest, my qualifications , projects i did, the overall experience was really good as the interviewer was really cool and we had a two communication with each other which made the interview atmosphere very much cool.
