Phone screen and Phone Interview/In person interview on site with 2 in NYC where I had to give a presentation based on product and scenarios they provided before interview-basic role play and positive experience except it took a long time to get an offer due to holidays etc

had a really positive interview experience with American Express for the Business Development Associate role. The interviewers were professional, engaging, and made me feel comfortable throughout the process. The questions were thoughtful and gave me a chance to truly express my strengths and passion for the role. It felt more like a conversation than an interrogation, which I really appreciated.

second round and third round, there are the zoom interview with the line manager and director

Panel interview. Mock roleplays and questions about previous employment. The panel interview felt like a speed dating scene from a movie. Lot's of questions about previous experience which is the norm
