Entretien
After completing the online application and relevent online testing, there is a phone interview which lasts approximately 20-30 minutes. The questions are straight forward competency questions asking about motivation, why AmEx, why Finance etc.
if successful, you'll be invited to an Assessment Centre which consists of an individual presentation on a selected case study, which you have 1 hour to extrapolate information and present it; 2 face-to-face interviews and a group exercise.
On the whole, the day was very enjoyable, you meet alot of new people and have the change to talk to current interns/employees of American Express

Interview was all online, and took about 30 minutes to do. There was not even a person, it was just online prompts asking me questions. I'm sure they had a ton of applicants, being the New York Location. I

Entretien
It was mostly behavioral for first round 30 minute interview. Second interview was 30 min behavioral and then another 30 min technical. They asked basically just about the company and how they make money. things of that sort.

Entretien
Mainly behavioral. Know about the company and how they make money. Research the position and know what is involved in the day to day. Speak to as many people involved with the role as possible.
