Apply online and complete a call center scenario with headphones and responses. Once you are successful with that then you get a call to come in for an interview. The interview is 30 minutes to an hour and you are hired on the spot.

Interviewers focus on whether my personality matches with the company values, and whether my ability can master the job. The interview is relatively casual though, instead of asking questions in one way, they constantly provide feedbacks, including credits and guidiance.

Friendly and casual; hiring leader was friendly and interview questions were pretty casual. There was a small case study to gauge your problem solving skills and impromptu mock call session.
