Lengthy, 3 part interview (telephone, internet + training day), 4 weeks classroom based training, 1 month job based training. Lots of promises , but after one year none fulfilled. 18 month block on promotion, job description not adhered to.

behavioural questions, english comprehension. 3 stages - recruiter, team, final interview. they are pretty casual during interview so feels less stressful. i did my interview on an app called Webex and they would give the link too
