The phone interview was comprehensive, covering work history, salary expectations, future goals, and some competency based questions. The group interview involved having all the interviewees sitting in a room chatting with one of the employees, while four managers would pull out each interviewee, one at a time to ask one or two competency based questions. There is a third stage too, where they test your writing skills.
