first it was a tele interview which was very normal, just some competency based questions, and I was not very happy about their process speed as after I finished telephone interview, I waited for more than 2 weeks, I even sent an email to the recruiter but she didn't even reply. Then I called her and she said she will find out soon, after a couple of hours they told me I've been invited to on-site interview, this is very odd as normally if they are happy with your tele interview they would call you back asap, they wouldn't wait until you chase up to get the feedback. anyway, i went to on-site and the whole interview process was not very organized as there's more than 20 mins gap between 4 interviews, and you've been asked to either wait in the lobby or canteen which is very weird, I had very bad impression about this company and although I didn't get offer but I'm kind of released that I don't have to struggling for the offers selections lol
