The recruiter communicated very little, and also gave me little time to prepare. Maybe he was rushing to meet a quota. I went into the phone interview not knowing much about the position, and inadequately prepared. The recruiter's emails were short and sparse, and lacked several details which I later found my friends had received from other Amazon recruiters.
The questions were not terribly difficult, but I wasn't well prepared. The interviewer was patient and very polite. He gave me a few hints along the way, but I could tell the interview was over as we spoke. Never got pass the phone interview. Lesson learned that I should have demanded more information and request for more prep-time that suited my pace. Felt like I was hit by a train, with everything happening in a flash.
