1st interview by phone lasted for about one hour. the interviewee also worked as a data center engineer.
it went smooth and seems there is a good atmosphere and I am confident will pass those interview but unfortunately after 2 business days the email came as told I am being rejected for the position.

After submit a CV, u will be directed to online assesment, and if passed will be scheduled for phone interview. In phone interview there is just 1-2 non technical question and 1 hour or more technical questions

About electrical and mechanical in data center equipment related
Leadership questions using the Amazon Leadership Principles, then technical questions in regards to specific knowledge necessary for the job. Mainly focused around operations of a data center for AWS, including HVAC, power distribution, etc.
