I was referred to the job and had my first call with the hiring manager. Then another call with another team member. Then, I had a full day virtual interview with hiring manager, 2 team members, 1 extended team member, two additional interviewers one of which was the bar raiser. The next day, I had a portfolio presentation. After 5 days I was called with an offer. Everything went quickly and efficiently. It as a bit confusing at times because I had 2-4 different recruiting coordinator contacts and two recruiters but in the end it all worked out .
