J'ai postulé en personne. Le processus a pris 1 semaine. J'ai passé un entretien chez Amazon (Bengaluru) en juil. 2019
Entretien
5 round Interview process :
1 verbal round:
communication skills and fluency in speaking was tested
2 versant rounds :
Questions about grammar and comprehension passages were asked.
Managerial round :
Questions on scenarios of customer satisfaction
Hr round :
General questions about shift timings and work flexibility were asked.
The interview process was lengthy, spanning multiple days and multiple interviews. It was concerning that some senior members of the hiring team seemed underqualified for their roles. In particular, the manager attended the interview wearing a ball cap and has a pattern of changing positions every 3 to 6 months on his LinkedIn profile. Even more troubling, the candidate being interviewed had more experience to be a manager than the actual manager. It’s a disappointing reflection on the company’s leadership.
