There was a lot of prep required, but also a lot of guidance from them on how to succeed. There is a lot of additional material online to help. It was a 3 hour zoom call with 3 different managers.

Really long exams before the interview. Interview was not scheduled quickly and I didn't have a lot of time to coordinate with my current job. They also didn't give a lot off information about what the job actually entailed.

The first step, the virtual interview process, was fairly long but easy to navigate and work through, and shortly after, I received an invite to interview in person. However, the location for which they reached out for was for the wrong state.

Manager experience, scenarios where I had to act as a manager
Ghosted me after the interview, and they did not notify me I was no longer under consideration. I manually had to check the job portal to verify job application status after a virtual assessment and interview.
