Four stages, three of which were automated.
1. Debugging, given a short time period to debug a few pieces of software in a language of your choice
2. Coding + Behavioural. Given a period to write two pieces of code against automated tests followed by a set of behavioural questions.
3. Work Simluation. Asked about a set of realistic scenarios and how to handle them based on information given from a simulated work-place system
4. 3x One on One interviews where you demonstrate your thinking process, adherence to LPs, and programming abilities.

OA followed by a technical phone screen round.
Was later invited to the final stage which was a 3round interview loop of 3h.
each interview was 30min technical and 30min behavioural

3 interviewers back to back, with a break for lunch in the middle. first interview was behavioral that tested amazon concepts. second and last interviews had a shadower watching the other conduct the interview. i think they might be part of the voting process too but don't seem to be paying attention
