J'ai postulé via un recruteur. J'ai passé un entretien chez Amazon (Los Angeles, CA) en oct. 2020
Entretien
Three interviews. The first is a group introduction with a recruiter. Second, is a one-on-one with another recruiter. Third was my last interview with a recruiter. It went by pretty smooth. Definitely have to use STAR method, trust me they are taking notes of your responses the entire time and making sure you use it. Have about four solid stories showing either leadership, ownership, thinking out of the box and a problem solving story.

Question 1
Tell me about yourself (asked in all of my interviews), tell me about a time you came up with an out of the box solution, tell me about a time you had to deal with a difficult person, what is your biggest accomplishment. Also, memorize the 14 leadership principles and integrate them into your STAR responses.

Multiple online tests after application, followed by a virtual interview with various staff. Staff did not want to be on camera and did not have many good things to say about working there.
Prior to even speaking to anyone about a possible interview there was a long and lengthy testing required. Really disappointing to finish with no feedback or additional details. I only received an email post test.

Extremely unprofessional in my opinion. Talked to 3 different people, all of whom were wearing old sweatshirts and not looking at the camera. As I was sitting on zoom in a suit jacket, did not feel at all a place I would be valued at.
