The interview was remote on Amazon Chime app. It was three 30 minute long interviews with various people from company.
They spent time asking competency based questions and asking about my experience.
Overall the process was extremely professional and very well structured.

Entretien
2 interviews, each 30 minutes, sometimes taken by operations managers, Shift leads or even area managers (Depends on availability), not so hard interview, but this position is best when you have some experience in people handling and also previously worked in warehouse environment. Interview questions follows "Follow up question" method to know more about candidates ability. Sometimes overwhelming to make a desirable story on spot. So its better for the candidates who have experience and worked for longer years.

Tell me about a time you solved a pain point for customers.
How did you identify that this was a customer pain point?What process did you put in place to catch similar customer issues earlier?
30 minute interview with relevant interviewer from job scope. Short introduction from interviewer, and also expect an introduction of yourself. Questions are based on Leadership Principles and answer them based on STAR method.
