Applied online and about a week later I was sent an email requesting a date and time to schedule a video interview. There were (2) 45 minute video interviews. I did both interviews back to back from home on my laptop. About 2 weeks after the interview I was sent an offer letter. Throughout the whole hiring process I did not meet physically with a person which was kind of strange but it is the new digital age.

Star Method and Leadership Principles. Just study these from the materials they give you, and form a story for each principle, and when they ask questions, you can see which principle they are asking about.

Multiple online tests after application, followed by a virtual interview with various staff. Staff did not want to be on camera and did not have many good things to say about working there.
Prior to even speaking to anyone about a possible interview there was a long and lengthy testing required. Really disappointing to finish with no feedback or additional details. I only received an email post test.
