By far the best interview I have ever had. It took a total of 5 hrs. You meet with 4 team members. Some of them are on the team you will work with.
They assign you a "Lunch Buddy" who is not there to interview you. The "Lunch Buddy" is there to answer questions about the area, company culture, and just be a friend. There were a few technical questions, but nothing ridiculously complicated.
Most importantly, they will tell you before hand what you need to review before the interview. They are not interested in tricking you or making you feel uncomfortable.
At the end they ask for your feedback on how to improve the process and will make changes based on your feedback.

Entretien
The Amazon interview process started with a phone screen. This is followed by a 1-hour call with an analyst, and a final round of five 1-hour interviews focusing on Amazon's leadership principles.

Tell me about a problem you had to solve that required in-depth thought and analysis. How did you know you were focusing on the right things? What was the outcome? Would you have done anything differently?
All day interview with SQL questions in one of the sessions. They use the STAR (Situation, Task, Action, Result) scenario to ask questions. Some of the SQL questions were not easy to answer.
