I interviewed for the Amadeus graduate scheme in Madrid. My overall experience of the process is very good. I first applied online, and one week later received an invitation for a phone call. The next steps were an excel test (pretty straightforward, you just have to show you can handle several different formulas), two skype interviews (in which we went through my cv and motivations and then some business cases), and finally an phone interview with the HR manager (just fit and motivational). After that, I also had a phone call with the department manager but also pretty simple. I got the offer but refused it mainly because of the salary level (14k per year). I tried to negotiate but there is no flexibility at all. Overall, very good experience, everyone seemed interested in me, they care about you and how are you doing with the process. Very direct communication.
