- Perform process design and optimization for life sciences applications.

Develop process flow diagrams (PFDs) and piping & instrumentation diagrams (P&IDs).

Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards (GMP, FDA, ISPE, etc.).

Support the selection of materials and equipment for process systems.

Conduct risk assessments (HAZOP, HAZID) and propose mitigation solutions.

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including automation, mechanical, and quality departments.

Participate in commissioning, qualification, and validation (CQV) activities.

Prepare technical documentation, specifications, and reports.

Required Qualifications:

Master’s degree in Process Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Biotechnology, or a related field.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in process engineering within the life sciences sector.

Strong knowledge of clean utilities, bioprocessing, and regulatory requirements.

Proficiency in process simulation and calculation tools (Aspen HYSYS, AutoPIPE, etc.).

Experience with risk assessments and quality compliance in regulated environments.

Ability to work in a multidisciplinary and international environment.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Fluent in English; French or Dutch is a plus.
