Avantages

1. No dress code 2. Joining Bonus, relocation charges 3. Office timings good 4. Scope to learn new things 5. Snacks at 7 pm are good. (of course, you will get more junk and put on weight increase :)

Inconvénients

1. Manager driving company rather than HR. 2. You will feel most of the times uncomfortable, by your manager irritating followups cause more pressure. 3. Recovery of Joining Bonus/relocation charges when you re leaving from company, be careful even if you have good reason also they wont leave you with out recovery their amount. 4. Notice period 3 months is mandatory, if you are going before means you need to loose your salary. 5. You should be more talkative, if you are silent manager never recognize and you can not show up. 6. No much process oriented company like other brands, you will feel it's small company of course (12k + employees overall. 7. HRs never involve in your trouble, almost they listens what your manager says. So be sure and alert what you are going to do ?

Avantages

- Standard benefits - Depending on the team you're on, can be a relatively easygoing environment - Ample vacation time, generally readily approved

Inconvénients

- Far, FAR below market wage - No yearly raises or even discussion. With inflation, I'm making less now than I did previously. - Zero room for advancement (see below) - You can be a superstar for the client but that translates into no actual benefits pay or promotion wise at Capgemini - they're entirely unrelated. - My manager basically forgot I exist for over a year which means no discussion about performance, promotion, raises, etc - Opaque processes around pay, promotion, etc - Come here if you want your career and paycheck to stagnate and die - Zero appreciation or acknowledgement from the Capgemini team with the client - there's no carrot and stick, just the stick. No real reason to go above and beyond.
