      Management system, Income, dynamic working, flexible, trainning, travel.

      Inconvénients

      Complicated system (VPO, DPO, operation, authority....) required all countries to apply that making the management system is not efficient Not team work. Run for crazy targets. Not respect long service worker. Power amuse
