      Avantages

      Growth opportunities are unlimited, you get a lot of responsibility, pay is good. When you work at sales, marketing, category management, you have a lot of perks. Great events, great beer, etc etc. The brands are very strong.

      Inconvénients

      You are expected to work a crazy amount of hours. The company is EXTREMELY cost-efficient, which also means staffing shortages. Only the best will survive, but a lot of them will also leave the company to get a better work-life balance.

      Avantages

      I loved my time interning there. I got to learn a lot and got the opportunity to manage stakeholders on my own which helped me gain more confidence.
