      Avantages

      I have been in this company for almost 3 years and I have been given the possibility to grow as person and worker. Amazon provides your daily growing opportunities and I cannot think about any other company so focused on employees development.

      Inconvénients

      Not a lot to mention. All I can think of, is maybe you do not always have full balance between work and personal life but it does not mean its not possible to get it. There are multiple schedules and there are always possibilities.

      Inconvénients

      You have to be self motivated. NO ONE will hold your hand and tell you that you're doing a great job. If you need constant affirmations from management, this company isn't for you.
