Avantages
- The management are very approachable and accommodating - The people are in general very easy to work with and most are highly motivated - HR team will also work with you to resolve issues rather than see a good employee leave - Salary is very competitive - Lots of travel if wanted and not so much if you don't - Good quality food (part of package) - Excellent training and training material
Inconvénients
- Service delivery model means that you don't get to really specialise in one area - the scope is too wide. This is a senior management decision handed down by Germany - Not enough hands-on technical work - normally only analysis and report writing. You don't very often get to see the results of your recommendations on the customer's system or even if they followed your recommendations.
